Prayer/Intercession Group
The prayer ministry unto the Lord belongs to every one of us as members of His church.
"You also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, and holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ" (1. Peter 2:5).
"Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, and has made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion forever and ever" (Ref. 1:5+6).
In Roy Hession’s book "We would see Jesus", first published in 1958 by Christian Literature Crusade, Londen, we read about two emphases that stand out today:
1. Instead of stressing holiness the emphasis is on service FOR God. Techniques and methods, by which we hope to make God’s message known, have become the important thing. To carry out this service we need power, and so instead of a longing for God, our longing is for power to serve Him more effectively.
2. There tends to be an emphasis on the seeking of inner spiritual experiences. The concern arises not so much from a hunger for God, but from a longing to find an inner experience of happiness, joy and power and we find ourselves looking for "IT", rather than God Himself."
Jesus said about our need of prayer and a relationship with Him :
"I am the vine, you are the branches: he that abides in me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without me you can do nothing." (John 15:5)
So let us make sure that our activities are God-centered. Because God hates activism but loves prayer and we will give Him all the glory for the things He allows us to do. It will be our joy to continually submit our will to his and in nothing to seek to be independent of Him.

Cell Groups
Jesus modeled to us that personal ministry and discipleship are most effective in the context of small groups. Following His example, small group ministry or cell ministry is the desire of CLS. Believers meet weekly in cells at the premises of the church and private homes in the City to develop their relationships with the Lord and with one another. Cell Groups also reach out to others with the good news of the gospel. Outside the Sunday morning service CLS encourages you to get CONNECTED to a cell group.

Worship Ministry
At CLS we take much joy in praising the Lord as a church family using forms that are both traditional and contemporary. All to the glory of God!
We love songs that speak from the heart, that are encouraging and energizing. Our desire is to be in the presence of God and to receive a fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit each time we meet.
Through music, song and prayer we enjoy fellowship with one another.
“Let everything that has breathe praise the LORD! Praise the LORD!” Psalm 150:6
